- The Dublinia exhibition covers the formative period of Dublin's
history from the arrival of the Anglo-Normans in 1170 to the

closure of the monasteries in the 1540's.
Wednesday 25th
- Guided tour to Kilmainham Gaol (Jail)- Built in 1792, it is Ireland's most famous disused prison. The leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising were executed here. The prison was closed in 1924.
Thursday 26th
- Malahide Castle

- Malahide Castle, set on 250 acres of park land in the pretty
seaside town of Malahide, was both a fortress and a private home
for nearly 800 years.It is an interesting mix of architectural
styles. The castle is furnished with beautiful period furniture
with portraits of the Talbot family generations telling their own
story of Ireland's stormy history.
Friday 27th
- Number 29 
- Do you want to see a typical Georgian house and
know how a family lived in the 18th Century?, then come to Number 29. You enter through the servant entrance, where you see an interesting video about the Georgian times and learn about the family who lived in the house at that time. Authentic furniture and furnishings of the period have been fitted throughout the house to recreate a typical middle-class home of the day…
